  • Family Support

My coaching services take many forms, including life coach, career coach, and family coach, but my mission remains the same -- helping people get from a place of frustration to their desired destination. I work with clients in person in Seattle and around the world via phone and video chat. My work is informed by my other roles in life, as a parent, an educator, an activist, and a woman on a never ending search for meaning, connection, expression, knowledge, life experiences, culinary and travel adventures, artistry, and more. I’m on a mission to empower people, and help kids reach their full potential by helping parents reach theirs.

Heather Harman

Hi, I’m Heather.

  • "Heather came highly recommended to us, and I'm truly thankful we found her as our stepfamily coach years ago. Every session with her leaves us stronger and I always look forward to them. Heather's coaching abilities are exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!"

    — Katherine Grey

  • "In my work with Heather, she has helped me appreciate who I am as a whole person - including all strengths, limitations, and areas for growth. She has taught me to collaborate more effectively at home and at work through compassionate and candid communication, and she has shared tools that have empowered me to better advocate for myself, my child, and my marriage."

  • "We hired Heather to navigate several highly charged conversations within our school and parent communities. Her gentle, boundaried, and effective facilitation skills meant that these convos were actually joyful and productive! I'm so grateful that she shared her skills with us."

    — Rebecca

  • “We are so thankful to Heather for her affirmation and celebration of the gender expansiveness that exists within our entire family. Not only was she mindful to ask for and use correct pronouns for my spouse and me, but she also encouraged us and guided us in advocating for gender inclusive education for our preschooler. We could always show up as our whole-selves with Heather even when we didn’t know what that truly meant for us.”

    - Whitney

  • “Heather is incredibly gifted in seeing the unique strengths afforded to folx based on their individual identities and perspectives of the world. The confidence we gained as parents and humans from our work with Heather has made a huge impact on our lives.”
